Il Conciliatore stato un periodico milanese pubblicato nel biennio 1818-1819. L'opera considerata uno dei massimi esempi di giornalismo culturale in Italia ed stata fondata da un gruppo di intellettuali tra cui Carlo Cattaneo e Silvio Pellico. Il giornale si dedicava alla diffusione delle idee e della cultura, ed era impegnato nella battaglia contro i pregiudizi e la censura dell'epoca.
