I've been on a personal mission to find myself as so many of us are and I knew in an instant that I just had to read this book. I'm glad I did, it is absolutely life changing. Paul Wedding's book encourages it's reader to self examine the choices we've made and understand that where we are now or where we have been can change for the better if we work on the problem from within ourselves. If You Only Knew What You Already Know opened my eyes to the many "little" negatives I unawarely fed and never recognized until reading this books material. I recommend that everyone read this spiritually lifting, emotionally moving masterpiece. It's message is one of never ending love and hope. Mr. Wedding is living proof that anything is possible and life can be anything we choose it to be. One that's happy, non-judgemental, spiritual, forgiving, understanding, grateful and loving.
