It recognizes the central place money has in the exercise of each person's free will. It proposes a natural form of government where every person votes, not with a ballot, but with his own money. It asserts that if government has any role in human society, it will be discovered by the interaction of persons expressing their wills thru agents whom they have chosen based on the principles and values they share.
