Carrie's life seemed perfect until her beloved father died and Carrie takes in her mother, only to discover that she suffers from Alzheimer's disease. Carrie comes to realize that Alzheimer's disease not only takes its initial victim but also destroys entire families with its daily progress of destructive deterioration. When Carrie's mother is found dead, her life takes a surreal turn for the worse.
