This cookbook shows that there is alot more to Idaho cuisine than just potatos! The recipes are easy to follow and come with great tips on how to buy the ingredients and what kind of tools are needed to prepare each dish.The color photographs are beautiful and show off Mortimer's beautiful presentation of the food.
