When rival teams are forced to collaborate on a new project, their leaders, Marketing Director Icelyn Winters, known as the "Ice Queen," and Creative Director Zara Housen, the "Bubble Gum Princess," must set aside their longstanding rivalry. Working at Zara's father Eli Housen's advertising firm, Shutterhouse Productions, they navigate rising tensions after a failed teambuilding exercise.

Their collaboration at Icelyn's home leads to better communication and an unexpected bond. When Zara asks Icelyn to be her "Mommy," Icelyn is taken aback but agrees.
