He has full control over who moves in, their security measures, even who can visit and who's blacklisted So when the landlord approves a woman he's never met before to move in without asking him first, Carter is furious, and despite the landlord insisting they at least give her until spring, is determined to run her off.

However, spring is months away, and the cookies she's brought him as a greeting gift smell really good...
