Got double ordered on ALL items I purchased.

I spent 55 or 105 minutes initially ordering my needs, but never could get to CHECK OUT! Finally I called HELP! Talked with a guy, explained what i was trying to do. He requested that I read to him the LONG order #, which I did. Low and behold, in a few days I got double orders of everything I had ordered. Now i have to send 5 packages (boxes) back. I really can see no reason for this snafoo.
