Professor John "Penny" Mann Jr. wants to celebrate his promotion to tenure at the Negro college with his girlfriend by attending a local juke joint called the Hoodoo Room. The only problem is another woman has eyes for John, and she's got one hell of a bite. Thrust into a world where werewolves, vampires, fairies and ghosts live predatorily amongst humans, John's life as a good Christian son and educator is torn apart. At odds with the mother he cares for, John must find a new pack or choose to remain a lone wolf. Come with John on an erotic journey through the underworld where the price of the ticket is madness. When faced with suppressing his new cravings and measuring up to his father's legacy, John must decide if returning to the life he knew is worth it.
