SNIPPETS FROM THE BOOKLET:
===========================

There is such an information overload these days that it is most necessary to regularly disengage from the outer informational world and give our own inner world a good chance at educating ourselves.

Only when we've turned off the noise can we hear more clearly the music playing from within.

Education will transform the world.
Self-education will transform education.

===========================

Self-acceptance does not mean remaining completely passive just as we are but it's also being proactive, for not only must we accept ourselves for who we were in the past and who we are in the present, but also who we wish to be in the future.

The greater our self-acceptance, the greater our clarity of who we really wish to be, and the greater our resolve to fulfill such a vision.

===========================

The illusion of separation from our loved ones causes us to miss them and experience suffering. The illusion of separation from our adversaries causes us to fear them and experience suffering. The illusion of separation from All That Is causes us to feel incomplete and experience suffering. There is nothing that ills us as much as does the illusion of separation and there is nothing that can heal us as powerfully as the reality of oneness and the feeling of love.

Yet it is through experiencing the unreal that we may come to know more of the real. It is due to suffering that we may come to experience expressions of love such as compassion and forgiveness. Compassion for those who suffer and forgiveness for those who are the cause of suffering.

===========================

There will always be times when we fall short of love. If we however judge and beat ourselves up for having fallen short of love, we will continue to fall short of love. Only by accepting and forgiving ourselves for having fallen short of love can we rise back up and return to love.

Thus do we find the light in the dark - through harnessing the power of self-love.

===========================

Reputation is what people think we are.
Persona is what we want people to think we are.
Character is what we think we are.
Love/light is what we really are.

When others soil our reputation or attack our character, they are not exactly judging or hurting us but merely ideas of what we are. When others disrespect or disparage us, no one is really being judged other than those imaginary versions of what we are. Whoever that gets offended, insulted or hurt is not us but rather a concocted version of what we are. The love/light that we are does not take offence at harsh words or opinions, for it is well aware of its own brilliance and magnificence.

===========================

Wishing others well is one simple way to cultivate a kind and loving heart and free ourselves from hate and ill-will. Ironically, in terms of spiritual, emotional and mental wellbeing, and consequently physical wellbeing, we are the biggest beneficiary of wishing others well.

Even better, however, if we could offer our well wishes not only to others but to everyone including ourselves, for universal love is more expansive and inclusive than selflessness.

Better still, however, if we could wish everyone well by asking the Creator to give all of us Its unconditional love, for our love is limited while the Creator's love is infinite, inexhaustible and unconditional.
