Missing a disc

There are supposed to be 6 discs and disc #4 is missing. There's also the middle disc holder that is not there so 3 of the DVDs were flying around inside the case during transit. They don't look scratched, but I'll definitely be returning them if they don't work well. However, I'm considering returning them now because disc #4 is missing. It's kind of frustrating.
