Our local library has this book. I checked it out from there and kept it in the back of my mind for a long time. I have made the ammeretto cheese cake out of it while I had the book checked out of the library. The cheescake was so good. I decided I needed to own this book. There are lots of different kinds of Cheese cake in this book all of which sound great. I want to make almost everyone.

This is a nice addition to my recipe collection. Mary Crownover has done a nice job on this book. She certainly knows everything there is to know about cheesecakes.
