Information about why and how children lose teeth is helpfully provided, including why a dentist may sometimes have to remove a baby tooth. Advice from a pediatric dentist was obtained to verify the accuracy of the information given. Illustrations were provided by the author's grand-daughter who was the inspiration for the book, by a young middle school student who loves to draw, and by two illustrators with varying styles of art.
