Easy Does It Cookbook

I have owned this cookbook for a number of years and use it quite often. The recipes are easy and the instructions are excellent. The unique part about the cookbook are the cook ahead meals using ground beef and/or chicken as the main ingredients. Mine has been used so much it is falling apart which is why I am looking for a new one.
