Hailey Howard meets the man of her dreams while she's a senior in high school, and finds herself falling into a whirlwind romance. Her new boyfriend, Josiah Hunter is a little older and a lot more mature. Let's just say, Hailey's mother doesn't exactly approve of the budding affair. As a mother, Debra Howard knew she would do anything she could to protect her daughters. Hailey's whole world comes to a screeching halt when Joey informs her that he'd joined the military. Once the couple got through the separation of boot camp, Joey proposes to Hailey and she says yes. They get married at a small ceremony on the beach; one which Hailey's mother refused to attend. Several months later while Hailey is taking classes at a community college, she finds out she's pregnant. Joey, Hailey's now husband and the love of her life, is summoned to deploy only weeks before her due date and she becomes depressed. Hailey goes into labor weeks early and only days after Joey leaves. She gives birth to a healthy baby and the day that she was leaving the hospital, she gets news that there was an accident resulting in the death of her husband. Torn apart on the inside, Hailey has to hold it all together and be strong for her newborn, and herself. With the help of her mother, sister and father-in-law, Hailey graduates nursing school and gets a job at a local hospital. She soon realized how incredibly alone she feels and decides to try internet dating. Hailey, met someone right away and they decide to get married after only a few months of dating. On the day of their wedding, a blast from her past shows up out of the blue, right in the middle of the ceremony. This in turn, causes Hailey to make a split second, life altering decision. Move forward with someone new, or call off the wedding and rekindle a flame she never really let die down?
