I Forgot My Parachute This Time: A Collection of Poetry in Three Acts

By Jordan Broberg

In her debut collection of poetry, Broberg seizes the world by its throat and refuses to let go. Her poems unearth the raw and painful exploration of her truest self - parts that were deeply buried long ago. Broberg's striking prose touches on sexuality, fragments of lost childhood, shedding the skin of a religious upbringing and the undeniable freedom of being in your body. With gut-wrenching imagery and acute storytelling, "I Forgot My Parachute This Time" reminds us that our resilience is far stronger than we could ever imagine it to be.
