In my 80 years of "growing up" - whatever that truly means - I've learned that among all the senses with which we humans are blessed, it is often the sense of humor that is the most precious. Humor, though, can sure be a funny thing (OK, pun intended). Unlike sight, hearing, taste, and the other senses that connect us with the world in which we live, it is our sense of humor, especially, that helps connect us with each other. Our sense of humor should also be unique in another respect: it is probably the only one of our senses that should actually sharpen as we grow older. This book is a collection of true stories and quotations collected over the years, mostly from the very young and the very young at heart. I entitled this book, "I Don't Wanna Grow Old" not because I long for the alternative, but because I see the advantages of maintaining a youthful outlook on life. I hope you wil enjoy reading this book as much as I enjoyed compiling it
