I Do...According to God's Way takes the Christian's approach to help those, who are already married and those desiring to be married, understand how to have a fruitful marriage through the teachings and principles of God's word. In order to have a better marriage, there has to be a better husband and a better wife. Therefore, God has given the blueprint, the manual, for the husband and the wife to operate in this capacity. When they become willing and submissive to the word of God, they can reap the benefits of His promises. Mark 10:8 (KJV) states, "And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh." When a man and a woman get married, there's a process that God allows the husband and the wife to go through to become one. Without understanding how to become one, the husband and the wife fight against the process which can cause tension and turmoil in the marriage. However, a God centered marriage helps the husband and the wife learn how to overcome the hurdles that a marriage will face. When they understand how to live and love with the heart of God they can live a marriage According to God's Way.
