This book took me ten years to write. Not because I had writer's block or needed time to come up with material to write about. But because of the pure delicacy of my experience. It was my experience. It was my decision to take my husband back. No one talked me into it. But knowing how intentionally cruel people can be caused me to second guess what the Lord told me to do. I wrestled with God about putting it on paper. At the end of the day, I stand by my decision. I live with my decision. No one can take that from me and no one could change my mind. I couldn't let the value of what God gave me be determined by people's reception or reaction. If I don't share what happened to me or how I came through it, how can I help other people who are struggling the same way I did.
