I want to share my powerful story of healing and transformation. It takes tremendous courage to be vulnerable about mental health struggles, and I feel inspired to share how I found healing through therapy, mindfulness, and my faith journey.

I felt it necessary to transform my struggle into a source of hope for others. I hope my book reaches those who need to hear this message of healing and spiritual growth.

The title "I am who He says I am" speaks to such an important truth about finding identity and worth through faith rather than external pressures or circumstances.
