To be able to free myself from it and move on, I wrote my journals on Facebook and eventually, my journals were created into this book. I hope it helps not just victims of abuse but also brings awareness to those who have never understood why victims stay. Book two will be the process following the fleeing of abuse and the entering into the criminal charges and the family law tactics to be aware of, avoid or fight against. Always keep fighting to live your life, free from abuse, forever.So many ways we all play a part in the abuse towards others and towards ourselves. So many ways we allow ourselves to be abused as we allow others to be abused. We are all conditioned for it from the time we start school to the day we die.So many asked me, "How does this happen to someone like you? ". Hopefully this book explains it.
