This inspiring coloring book includes thirty original pages to color each with an affirmation of confidence. Also, there are accompanying journal pages with coloring elements from the previous page, two blank pages to place behind paper you are coloring to prevent bleed and eight practice pages that include smaller versions. There is only one rule to this book. Read the affirmations and believe what they say. Color inside the lines, color outside the lines, scribble all over the place or don't color at all It's yours And no matter what you do it will be perfect Write what you feel about the quote, write your own favorite sayings...anything or nothing at all. Just relax, love whatever you do and most of all... Be Beautiful You This coloring book & journal is the inspiration of the beautiful ladies that I am lucky enough to be surrounded by in my life. The inspiration comes from their amazing talents, wit, humor, kindness and so many other traits that make me smile. What I have come to notice is that many of these women do not know just how awesome they are. I would ask myself why if I didn't already know the answer. I am a work in progress. Every day, I have to do a large amount of self-talk to keep from comparing, putting myself down and second-guessing my abilities and decisions. Sometimes, it's exhausting being me I know I'm not alone in this time-wasting thought process. However, I am working on it. Hard. My hope for this series of coloring & journal books is to help women realize their self-worth; quicker than it has taken me. Our world doesn't have to be this way. Our awesomeness isn't in what we have, how much we have, who accepts us or who likes us. Our awesomeness is our uniqueness, our differences and the whole package that makes us...US Enjoy
