As a adult trying to heal and grow I have realized that my life consisted of a lot of hard pills to swallow. I have learned along the way that in order to grow and properly heal I have to face some cold hard truths about life. I've learned that in order to grow it is time to take accountability for my own actions and face my problems head on.
