Hyaluronic acid phosphatidylethanolamine (HA-PE) is a novel patented technology (WO2011/140630A1) developed in Dr. Eva A. Turley's lab. Hyaluronan is important in maintaining a hydrated and youthful skin physiology. Currently, the delivery of hyaluronan is limited to primarily injectable formulations. HA-PE is a topical cream which has a unique formulation designed to safely deliver high molecular weight hyaluronan across the skin barrier.
