This pamphlet is a joke. As a new building engineer, I was looking for a book outlining the processes and some simple troubleshooting. This is not that. This so basic as to be useless. There is a PAGE on "Consider the Chiller's Capacity". Just 1 rambling paragraph, highlighting one simple fact: a one ton unit can remove 12,000 btu's per hour. You should know that before you buy the book.
