Good book

This book was good I had it read in about 1 day. Kept me coming back until I finished. My husband recommended I read it.

Popcorn is "THAT" man....

"Hustlers" was a good read. Personally, I'm giving it 4 1/2 stars. I enjoyed it and it is most definitely one of the better of Black Pearls Books. The storyline was very interesting and it had so much drama unfolding on each page that it had you from the beginning to the end. The characters were all interesting and what I really enjoyed was the loyalty and it wasn't overshadowed with alot of backbiting and treachery. It doesn't glorify 'the game' but it tells the story with the good, the bad, the sad, and most definitely the ugly, but it's all real and in perspective. Mr. Jones and Mr. Penn, I encourage you to keep doing you. This was a very good piece of work. I wish you both continued success!

Hustlers by Ronald Quincy is one of the best urban dramas that I have read this year! Popcorn has been living "legit" running his lawn-care business and living with his girl Peaches and her daughter in the projects. His old friend Bay-Bay comes back into the picture and has "big" plans and wants to Popcorn to help take the game to the "highest" level.....the money is what draws Popcorn in and he brings his brother Silk in. Silk trying to find his own way after having to share the streets with Choo-Choo is more than happy to join in. For a while, things are good......the money is coming in....hot cars, and hot women. Popcorn is busy running things behind the scenes and no one, not even Peaches knows what's going on. When Popcorn is gone all hours of the nite and spending more time with his "best" friend, Yolanda, Peaches allows her insecurity to cloud her judgement and she makes decisions that will come back to haunt them later...........after Silk is murdered and Popcorn is shot, Popcorn has to step up and prove himself before Choo-Choo tries to take over. Hustlers is so full of twists and turns, that it will keep guessing until the end. This book is a must-read!! This book has it all: drama, suspense, betrayal and some very hot, steamy sex. The Bomb!

This book was one of the best books I've ever read! For Popcorn & Bay-Bay, it was just a matter of time before they became hustlers, having grown up with fathers that were OG's themselves until their deaths. I loved the storyline and characters like Peaches! Revenge is all around in the story and provides alot of drama and suspense! You definitely have to get this one! Black Pearl Books -- Keep doing your thing! Also, I'd recommend Twisted by Holland Jones and Hustlin' Backwards by Mike Sanders.

HUSTLERS!!!!!

This book was hardcore platinum! This book had me hooked from the very first page, and I could not put it down until I was finished reading it. This book is a must read!!! The drama was intense and plenty of it! I can't wait for the next book!
