Human Rights Implementation Mechanism

Respect and realization is central point in the era of human rights. Without implementation mechanism, rights of individual and responsibilities imposed to the State party enshrined in covenants and conventions become just a sweet chilly or elephant tusks. Respect for realization of human rights and fundamental freedom in the auspicious of United Nations carried out by Charter based bodies and treaty based bodies. In treaty based bodies; the two international bodies, one for protection and promotion of civil and political rights is Human Rights Committee and another is for respect and realization of economic social and cultural rights is Committee on Economic Social and Cultural Rights, have a vital role as these bodies are created by basic documents of human rights i.e. Human Rights Bill. Conversion to Human Rights Commission into Human Rights Council requires and attracts the human rights defender to do critical analysis and commentary on the new established Council to understand implementation procedure. I hope present work is equally useful to students, judges, layers, human rights activist and victims of human rights violation and teachers of human rights.
