In order for a country to improve the health status of its population and increase the capacity for individuals to lead productive, creative lives in accordance with their needs and interests, strategies that focus how to cause of mortality are important. This strategy needs program must include the elements of appropriateness, affordability and equity. Appropriateness means implemented any health program addresses the specific needs of a targeted community or population in the country. It requires the donor country or organization to carefully consider the available date to ensure that the proposed health programs clearly address the priority concerns of the community. For instance, if a community has high mortality rates as a result of malaria, then a program aimed at improving access to insecticide-targeted nets and anti-malarial medication would be required health strategies must consider the social, cultural and political aspects of the community. For example, an health education program needs to educate why males in families are likely to attend school than females. Therefore, the related health strategy needs to focus on females and ways to encourage families to send their daughters to school.To ensure the appropriateness to implement.
