In spite of a semblance of revelations; by the media, forums, conferences, colleagues, plenary sessions of the United Nations, the danger seems to be growing at the risk of surprising us.The Democratic Republic of Congo holds reserves of raw materials and rare minerals such as cobalt, niobium, germanium, antimony, tantalum, lithium, etc., constituting essential vectors of new technologies that will replace petroleum and coal for non-polluting energy. Its forests (Equator and Mayombe), its fresh water, its arable land for an ecologically sound agriculture are undeniably a panacea.
