Awesome!

It's exactly as described by everyone, it's just all about what it is you're trying to do. They do speak fast, they get right to the meat of the subject in a wonderfully written easy to follow format IF you have read it first or already have an understanding of the terminology. Otherwise good luck. You will be continuously rewinding/replaying. I like that I can listen to it over and over without taking an accessive amount of time because the speaker is too slow or trying to spell something out for you. This helps drill in or review all the key concepts and cuts out the junk in between. I personally love it.

The Best and Cheapest!!

I purchased this CD set in preparation for my anatomy and physiology exam and it was the best purchase I ever made. I have studied from the textbook and that was good. However, it is not always convenient to carry the textbook around with me and that is where this set come in handy. I also use it in my car and at work in my computer. If you use the CDs to relate to the chapters in the textbook, you will find that the CDs are very detailed, and covers almost everything in the textbook (if you purchased the part 1 along with this set which is part 2). Just a perfect value and a perfect set. Please make sure you have both sets - Part 1 and 2. I pass my A & P class with an 'A' grade and it was with the help of this set. Both sets are very detailed and except for the speed in the recording of part 1 set, the CDs make the perfect study aid and the voices are clear and easy to understand. Even with the speed of the CDs, if you follow in your textbook and study the chapters, you may be able to appreciate the CDs more and ignore the speed.

I just got my cd's today and I am taking Anatomy and Physiology this semester. I downloaded this to my IPOD and I lOVE IT. It's covering everything that I am currently reading and yet to read. The speech is perfect and I understand the women talking perfectly. It's like me reading the actual book instead I can sit at my full time job and listen to this just as I would listen to MUSIC all day. Someone suggested I look for audio cd's of this kind and I thanked them a million times for the suggestion and now I AM THANKING DAVID G. GANTT for making an audio cd. THIS IS A GREAT STUDY AID ! I recommend this 100%. I read in a review that the speed was too fast I totally disagree if you are taking a class and using this audio cd at the same time it all makes sense.

Very helpful material

I found the Biology on CD a very wise purchase to help with my current anatomy class. I bring it with me in the car and listen to it at home while getting ready for the day. The narrators voices are pleasant and easy to understand. I am very pleased with this product.

Excellent, detailed & clear biological explanations.

These tape sets give very precise, easy to imagine explanations of basic biological processes. I HIGHLY recommend these tape sets for those reviewing for MCAT. Not exactly for beginners, it helps to have a good grounding in the subject areas covered, and use these tapes for exam preparation. Great for studying if you have a commute!! Very well written.
