William was a vibrant student in Tracey Adams' 2nd grade class. He was smart and loved school. He enjoyed learning. William was just like the other kids. He liked to play, draw and talk. He enjoyed recess. William had lots of friends and the other teachers loved him as well. Everyday, he gave me the best hugs. Even on my worst days, William always knew the best time to give me a hug. One day in December, we were in class learning and William came to me and said, "Ms. Adams, my head hurts!" William died of cancer several months later.
