How To Survive Middle School As A Christian

Not much needs to be said about how difficult middle school can be. I wrote this devotion as a type of "survival guide" for our younger Christian brothers and sisters. My hope is that it will act as a guide to strengthen and prepare them for some of the harder lessons they will face during this time in their lives. Friendships, fitting in, popularity, body image, romantic relationships, homosexuality, the company you keep, difficult clique groups, peer pressure, honoring your parents, the media you take in, dealing with your feelings, the difficulty of the Christian life, the importance of studying and knowing the Bible for yourself, the clothes you wear, self-confidence, being a good friend, gossip, vaping, drinking, smoking and other drugs, siblings, guarding your heart, and lastly- who you look up to: if your young person needs guidance on any of these areas- this book is for you! It can be used as a family devotion that creates space for you to have those harder conversations with your teenager, but you not feel alone in it. There are scriptures for each topic listed within the devotion for Biblical references.
