This work is well written. The author enunciates a theme whichdepicts tough economic circumstances for the intermediatefuture. He states that our government will cut taxes to placemore money into the hands of individuals. In addition, hebelieves that consumers will be more discriminating in theirpurchases because they will have less money. I find that thekey to the future is an investment in a good education and thedevelopment of a satisfying career. In addition, real estatehas always been the classic investment vehicle for the future.Many other investments have been unpredictable but real estatehas consistently risen in practically every market.This book will help you to craft an investment strategy far intothe future.
