Condensed view of what it takes to succeed

This book offers a condensed, easy to read list of gotchas and areas for improving your chances of success at work. The author offers a valuable list of information and explanation of what is needed to get ahead. Now with that said, the book is lacking clear examples and the 'how' portion of getting the skill sets that he outlines. Nonetheless, its a good book for what it is. A small handy book to inspire you on what you need to keep in mind when you are making decisions at the workplace. I give it 3.5 stars.
