Hence, if the university required high level English language proficiency ability to enroll to study any courses, then it will attract more potential English language students to enroll in this global competition education market. Otherwise, the lower English language level institutions will encounter to loss more. Besides, the classroom which typical lecture and homework of a a course are reversed and in classroom experiences reconstructed to rely less on passive learning and more an active engagement. Because university students concern how to consume the core elements of a course whenever, regardless of time or place. This mean professors can re-allot classroom time completely and make a room for other activities, such as experimental or collaborative learning opportunities as opposed to passive learning through lecturers.Thus, it seems how university can attract more students to study, it depends on lecturer's individual teaching method or choosing what kind of education courses to be taught to whose students. It will influence students have good or bad emotion or feeling to learn. So, university needs to concern lecturer's teaching methods to let students to feel satisfactory. Also, where the university campus location choice is another factor to influence student choice as well as student learning experience to the university etc. factors will be the most influential to any students to choose which university to study finally. So, educators need to concern these issues.
