Can make even your most pathetic acquaintances learn HOW TO PUNCH!

Like many people, I know some pathetic people. One of my friends, let’s call him Josh for simplicity, is this type of person. He even ‘measured’ his “strength” one time on a punching machine. While I registered as adult man level strength, Josh registered around toddler level. I worry about Josh. So, with that in mind I set out to find a way for him to learn HOW TO PUNCH! I knew I needed something simple and to the point; four syllable maximum as Josh is that kind of guy. “How to Punch” by Martin J. Dougherty is the perfect book for people like Josh, so I ordered it immediately. He loved it! The feedback from Josh, as the reader of this book is as follows: “This book taught me HOW TO PUNCH!” That was it for the moment, as Josh is very simple. Eventually I learned more. Mr. Dougherty gives a step by step instruction manual to teach proper punching technique. While there is certainly more contained within this book than simply punching, it is that book at its core. Once punching is learned, proper unarmed combat and therefore self defense can follow. In this case Josh is pacing himself, as the book itself is 48 pages and that is a bit too much. There are a lot of large pictures for illustration, and he seemed to like those. For the time being, I am happy my rudimentary friend now knows HOW TO PUNCH! He can pour another $300 into a punching machine and feel superior to a toddler. Buy this book!
