Great Introduction to Chess

John Saunders colorful book on chess is a wonderful publication that is a great introduction to the game. It covers the history, rules, skills and basic tactics of the game in a large, glossy nicely bound edition. I've really enjoyed browsing through this book. It's aimed at the novice or intermediate player at best as the tactical detail is very limited. I'm not sure the title portrays what this book is all about but I highly recommend it for beginners and those interested in learning the basics about the many aspects of the game.
