Much, much more than the title suggests...

...while it does offer many practical tips on designing and organizing an art room it also has tips on working with various media, the mechanics of art, etc...moreover, it offers practically an entire course on fundamental aspects of art -- e.g. making color wheels, tinting, etc...very useful book.
