This book aims to deal with the first question-how to get started and make an impact, fast. In terms of what more can be done, the answer is - a lot. Much more definitely needs to be done to achieve equity in the workplace for minority groups. If we look at recent global incidents, such as Covid-19 and the wars in Ukraine and Gaza, we can see clearly that more needs to be done to ensure that equity, rather than equality, is the order of the day.
