How to form your own corporation for under $50.00 without a lawyer

I bought one of Ted Nicholas' early books (How To Form Your Own Corporation For Under $[...] Without A Lawyer) in the early 1970's. It was one of the very best buys and actions I have taken in my entire life (other than the Holy Bible). Not only did I learn how to create for-profit corporations but with a little library research, also how to form non-profit corporations. I got so good at it (all because of Ted's book) that I helped other people form over 300+ corporations after going into the business of doing it for pay. Mr. Nicholas sold his "The Company Corporation" to someone else and I have since also used their services to form mostly Delaware corporations. Why not California? Well the "Big Boys" MUST know something: Standard Oil Company of California and Litton Industries of Beverly Hills are Delaware Corporations. Mr. Nicholas explains why in his books. I can heartily recommend this book, even his oldest ones, with the highest rating possible. You definitely will NOT be disappointed. [...]

How To form Your Own Corporation For Under $50.00 Without A Lawyer

K9 Civilian Search and Rescue Corps says: The persons who wrote poor reviews regarding this book certainly do NOT understand anything about incorporating nor did they read the book carefully. Any corporation can be filed in ANY state and then it becomes a "foreign" corporation in all other states. If a corporation wants to do business in another state they have to file in each state as a foreign corporation. The reason that Delaware is chosen by most all other big corporations is because Delaware protects its officers, board members and stock holders infinitely better than all other states, and it has the lowest corporate fees. That is why Standard Oil Company of California and Litton Industries of Beverly Hills are Delaware corporations. After reading Ted Nicholas's book I got so good at it that I was able to help over 300+ people form for-profit corporations for pay. It is one of the very best books I have ever bought and used. Gratefully, "the_dog_father_mike."
