Today, communication-what we say and how we say it-is an important success factor. The great leaders of government, industry and education are all skilled in the ability to communicate effectively with others.
This ability is not necessarily innate. Anyone can be able to develop it. All it takes is will and determination. Once we improve our communication skills, we can present our ideas more effectively to our boss, our associates, customers, and even our friends and family.

All professionals must be able to express their opinions clearly, concisely and convincingly, especially in impromptu or unexpected situations. Such situations require courage, confidence, the ability to organize thoughts quickly and to express them in a coherent and persuasive manner.
