Must have this one!

This is the cook book everyone should own! Every method of preparing and cooking is shown in pictorial detail and the recipes are do-able and interesting. After reading this book, trust me, there's nothing to stop you cooking wonderful and exciting food every day!

Delicious!

The recipes in the book are delicious, very simple to follow, and use ingredients that are easily found.I have several cookbooks on my kitchen shelf that are collecting dust. Not this one! The pages are sticking together and the cover is falling off. I haven't failed with even 1 recipe yet, and I'm quite a novice.My only quabble is that some of the terms used are British i.e., Castor Sugar is translated into Bakers Sugar. So, if you come across something that you've never heard of, you may have to do some research.
