Did I learn this overnight? No...it took me over twenty years to learn by my mistakes and the mistakes of my tenants. But learn I did!

I have managed my own rentals since 1996. This book is filled with information from my firsthand knowledge of being a landlord. It is written in a straightforward and simple style. This is not rocket science, but I have learned much, as I went along, and it takes a combination of hard and fast rules, intuition, and wisdom. "If it doesn't feel right, it usually isn't."
