Excellent book!

This book is full of practical information for those of you who have found yourselves in a systems management position, responsible for the care and upkeep of any number of workstations. It contains many forms to help you keep track of what you have, and much practical info on how to keep things running smoothly. I first found this book in our local library. Now I'm ordering a copy to keep as reference for the rest of our MIS Dept.
