How Ministers Obtain an Anointing

We are literally living in a land today where continuity, unity and proper structured order is often a thing that is despised. Many people do not like the idea of being responsible, accountable or subordinate to others. The social paradigm of this country has produced an age of individuals who will stand with you if they have autonomy to do their own thing. It is not that people will not aid in the building of the kingdom of God, it's just that they have their own vision and their own manner in which they'd rather develop the vision. People want to do what they feel is good for them. Unity for the sake of the question is unthinkable. The result of this age of Mavericks or loners has produced a generation of Bastard ministries. These ministries have no checks and balances, nothing to slow them down, and they also do not have someone to perfect them and instruct them in order for them to develop into everything they were meant to be and should be. Because young men and women have liberated themselves (this is what they call it) from any kind of restraint an entire generation has turned out subpar excellent, or unfulfilled and underdeveloped. It is the kingdom that suffers, because the knowledge and wisdom of the previous generations is never acquired. There are not many young disciples who desire to sit at the feet of the scholars to learn all that they can. They seek to exercise what they have acquired to fulfill self-actualization and yet those things that they have acquired are seldom anywhere near the level of development that was meant for them to acquire or develop. In short they never become what was meant for them to become or receive all that was within their destiny to receive. There are more ministries that are operating on incomplete destines today now more than ever before. Because the minds of many ministers are not prepared to see the importance of temperance, timing and being committed to God, ministry and the man or woman of God there are ministries that have no legacies to give. The reservoirs of the ministry's atmosphere are shallow and there is nothing for individuals to inherit by way of power, knowledge, experience or wisdom. It will not be long before those ministries must draw from another well because in their own legacy they never dig a well deep enough to sustain them.
