Drumlin Tor was a quiet little village in the Kingdom of Highwall, but fate would intervene. At first, it was the dogs. The dogs began to start running away Yet, running away to where, exactly? The peasants, usually content to live out their lives in the small farming community, tried to find their runaway hounds. Though their pets seemed to be fleeing north, barking into the night, they all went missing. The pinder in town, self-professed master of pest control and lulling strays, sometimes even with a hug and a kiss, or possibly a friendly noogie, set to find out where those good doggies had gone. They were soon to find out that there was an Ogre in town, and THAT'S when the trouble began Soon there was a missing townswoman, cows dragged off into the night, guards pounded into dust, moose hunters never to return, a robbed bank, and an eaten baby Rain Hillguard, master scullion and part-time wastrel, was hot on the scene To do what, exactly, we may never know...
