You are never given a dream without also being given the power to make it come true, you may have to work for it however.
Write something worth reading about.
Or, do something worth writing about.
Do or do not, there is no try.
Over the past few years, I have been working on proving my innocence.
My Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) application for Leave to Appeal was mailed to the courthouse in Ottawa and the reply back was a resounding "NO."
This frustrated me to no end.
I had DNA proof of my innocence.
But, after reading a bit in the library, the court only hears less than a hundred cases per year and only if it is of national significance.
I now see that a wrongfully detained person, factually innocent by DNA exclusionary evidence is not of national significance and importance.
Feeling very angry, I want to get my thoughts and feelings out there.
Somebody needs to read the DNA letters of exclusion.
I am tired of telling people over and over my story.
A book would solve the repetitiveness of regurgitating the facts of the case and I can redirect my energies to something more meaningful.
Trying to solve a murder while detained.
Court applications for DNA testing of people of interest and other court challenges for my length of sentence, computer system, pay, cruel and unusual punishment (beatings) as CSC grievances don't seem to work.
So, my new goal is to write and get published my wrongful detention and arrest story, a full book in under 100-days.
