Aron Smith is a writer, radio presenter and poet, living and performing in Aberdeen, Scotland, since he moved to the area over a decade ago. The many poems collected here are based on a childhood full of relocation (even as far as the USA) into a chaotic adulthood, are full of mishaps, embarrassments, heartaches, loss, laughter and more. All the stories are true, as least as honest as memory can be, and need to be told. For better or worse. This is the debut collection by a writer who has become a mainstay of the Aberdeen Poetry Community, having cut his teeth on the Bristol Slam scene back in the early 2000's.
