God is the one who does the healing. But God likes to use us to do His works in this world. One simple way this can work is that there is a principle in 1John 4:16 that he who abides in love abides in God. When we direct our love on God, God will cause His manifest presence to abide in our love. And where the presence of God manifests, miracles are more likely to happen.I have written this book to explain some of the ways God uses us to manifest His presence and act through us. My hope is that this book can help you know how to better cooperate with the ways God wants to use you to heal people. This is not a professionally edited book and it is not as polished as a more professional book would be. But I think it does explain some things that can help you experience God more and pray for healing with greater effectiveness.
