A Great Introduction to Our Brain for Children

I think it is a great introduction for 9-12 year olds. It is written in a friendly, conversational manner with comic style illustrations. I have been going through this book with my 12, 10 and 8 year olds. We have really enjoyed exploring the many different aspects of our brain. The book has lots of activities to try; experiments to perform, models to make, riddles to solve... It does not go into much detail in any area. If your child is particulary interested in an aspect of the brain you would need to find other resources. A fun way to start learning about how our brain works.
